This week, 26 ladies gathered in Tripoli for the latest Capacity Building Program, which is providing them with the necessary skills and cooking techniques to run their own kitchen.

The session took place in Khan Al Askar, believed to have been built in the late 13th and early 14th century, and was used by French and Ottoman forces down to modern times.
