Hamra is Beirut’s most cosmopolitan quarter. Since the 1950s its cafe trottoirs, shops, nightlife, and educational institutions have made it a lively part of the city night and day.
This beautiful 1950’s yellow villa is furnished with vintage furniture, all with original fabrics, and inspired wallpaper, while the surrounding Kapok trees fill the villa’s garden, and welcome you from the street. Beit El Hamra is the perfect retreat for visitors seeking a quiet home retreat in the middle of this vibrant environment.
The house has four rooms, each with a private bathroom, and a common space with soaring ceilings, coffee, and fruit, where we invite you to read, to relax alone, or socialize with other visitors.
